I represent clients in business and personal matters to create, protect and preserve their assets and business enterprises. As a Solo Practitioner, I have the flexibility to interact with clients and respond to their needs in ways unavailable to me earlier, when I practiced in a larger firm. Clients are my exclusive focus, without regard to interrelating demands and limitations in almost every group practice.

As and when the need arises, I collaborate with other attorneys, both to provide my clients with specialized skills in areas outside my practice, and to assist those attorneys with their own clients where my skills can help them.

My primary objective is to protect clients through planning and documentation of their business and personal transactions. If my clients are involved in disputes, I work closely with them and opposing parties and Counsel in negotiating an acceptable resolution. Although I always encourage efforts to negotiate the resolution of disputes, avoiding the emotional and financial expense of litigation, when opposing parties are unwilling to meaningfully participate in such alternative methods of dispute resolution, I will aggressively litigate on my clients' behalf. I have extensive experience in representing clients in both trial and appellate courts in Minnesota.

I am a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and admitted to practice law in every State and Federal Trial and Appellate Court having jurisdiction over general business, commercial and personal disputes in Minnesota.
